Eur\u00f3pske smernice stanovuj\u00fa, \u017ee pre ur\u010dit\u00e9 typy v\u00fdrobkov mus\u00ed v\u00fdrobca z\u00edska\u0165 \u0161pecifick\u00e9 certifik\u00e1ty pre samotn\u00fd v\u00fdrobok predt\u00fdm, ne\u017e m\u00f4\u017ee prejs\u0165 k jeho predaju a uvedeniu na trh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na z\u00edskanie takejto certifik\u00e1cie je mo\u017en\u00e9 obr\u00e1ti\u0165 sa na Notifikovan\u00fa osobu a zvoli\u0165 si povinn\u00fa certifik\u00e1ciu. In\u00e9 typy v\u00fdrobkov v\u0161ak nevy\u017eaduj\u00fa povinn\u00fa certifik\u00e1ciu. V takom pr\u00edpade v\u00fdrobca uv\u00e1dza v\u00fdrobok na trh pod svojou zodpovednos\u0165ou a zaru\u010duje, \u017ee s\u00fa splnen\u00e9 v\u0161etky stanoven\u00e9 legislat\u00edvne po\u017eiadavky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Direttiva 2014\/68\/UE del 15. m\u00e1ja 2014 o harmoniz\u00e1cii pr\u00e1vnych predpisov \u010dlensk\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1tov t\u00fdkaj\u00facich sa uv\u00e1dzania na trh tlakov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed, bola ofici\u00e1lne prijat\u00e1 19. j\u00fala 2016 a definit\u00edvne nahradila smernicu 97\/23\/ES Eur\u00f3pskeho parlamentu a Rady z 29. m\u00e1ja 1997.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e1to smernica sa vz\u0165ahuje na tlakov\u00e9 zariadenia s maxim\u00e1lnym povolen\u00fdm tlakom PS vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm ako 0,5 bar. Tlakov\u00e9 zariadenia s tlakom ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm alebo rovn\u00fdm 0,5 bar neprin\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 rizik\u00e1 spojen\u00e9 s tlakom a ich vo\u013en\u00fd pohyb v E\u00da by nemal by\u0165 preto obmedzen\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri uv\u00e1dzan\u00ed na trh v\u00fdrobcovia zaru\u010duj\u00fa, \u017ee prijali v\u0161etky vhodn\u00e9 opatrenia na zabezpe\u010denie toho, aby tlakov\u00e9 zariadenia a s\u00fapravy sp\u013a\u0148ali po\u017eiadavky tejto smernice v pr\u00edpade vhodnej in\u0161tal\u00e1cie a \u00fadr\u017eby a ich spr\u00e1vneho pou\u017e\u00edvania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tejto s\u00favislosti Vericert ako tretia strana zaoberaj\u00faca sa certifik\u00e1ciou, vykon\u00e1va certifik\u00e1ciu CE tlakov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed uveden\u00fdch v \u010dl\u00e1nku 1 pomocou nasleduj\u00facich postupov hodnotenia zhody uveden\u00fdch v Pr\u00edlohe III:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Intern\u00e1 kontrola v\u00fdroby spojen\u00e1 s ofici\u00e1lnymi kontrolami tlakov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed vykon\u00e1van\u00fdmi v n\u00e1hodn\u00fdch intervaloch MODUL A2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sk\u00fa\u0161ka typu E\u00da &#8211;
